Things to know about St. Francis de Sales After School Care Program
- Our program is licensed by State of Maryland Child Care Center.
- The School area licensed is the cafeteria area.
- We operate from 3:10 pm to 5:30 pm.
- Parents should pick up their child no later than 5:30 pm.
- Payments are required for days you selected as the ones your child would be attending the center. If on a particular day that you registered your child has another activity, you still have to pay the complete amounts of days you had previously selected. (Special arrangements must be made in advance for other considerations)
- You need not wait for the invoice to pay. A weekly payment is the most convenient payment method.
- Remember the cost is $7.00 daily for each child.
- According to the State of Maryland Child Care Center which has licensed our program, between the hours of 3:10 pm to 5:30 pm no other activity should take place, other than AFTER SCHOOL CHILD CARE in this area. Any other area used by the program needs to be licensed first.
- child present at the program should remain there until a parent or person authorized by parent picks him/her up.
- child who is in the program and is required by a teacher either for a test or any other task shall be picked up by the teacher and no one else.
- Please remind your child that he/she should have all the materials necessary for homework or taking home so that there is no need to leave the program area because they left it somewhere else.
- All Drop-Ins must fill out an APPLICATION, EMERGENCY FORM, and HEALTH INVENTORY in order to receive service. The cost is $15.00 for each day.
- Students not registered in the After Care Program, should not be in the program area from 3:10 pm to 5:30 pm.
